If you have a DeleteMe Family Plan or a multi-person subscription, you can add additional members to your account at any time. Adding a person ensures that our scanners begin searching for and removing their personal information alongside yours.
To add a new person and complete their datasheet, follow these steps:
- Log In: Sign into your DeleteMe account dashboard.
- Navigate to Protection: Select the Protection tab from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
- Add Person: Click on the + Add Person button located at the top right of the page.
- Choose Management Type: You will be prompted to select one of the following two options:
- Option 1: Invite someone to manage their own account. Use this if the person wants their own login. They will receive an email invitation to create their password and complete their own datasheet. They will also receive their own privacy reports and correspondence directly from DeleteMe.
- Option 2: Add a person you will manage. Use this if you prefer to handle the privacy for your family member. By choosing this, you will be responsible for completing their datasheet. You will receive all correspondence, including all privacy report notifications, for this individual.
Once the datasheet is submitted, our team will begin the removal process for that individual immediately.
