I found myself on a people search site that’s not on your list. Can you remove me from it?

We’re always exploring and researching new ways to opt-out our customers from various databases and add them our service. If you ever find yourself on a site that’s not included in your DeleteMe service, you can submit a custom removal request right from your DeleteMe dashboard and we’ll check it out!

When submitting a custom removal request, you can let us know of any site that you need information removed from by logging into your DeleteMe dashboard and clicking “Make a Request” and provide the name and URL of the database. Once we receive your request, we will investigate it on your behalf. 

Generally, we can research a website that’s not included in your service and try to find an opt-out procedure. At the very least, we can typically find a point of contact for the website to try to help you communicate directly with the website owner to have your information removed.

Note: there are many instances in which DeleteMe cannot complete a removal on your behalf. We cannot remove you from 100% of websites online, nor can any deletion service do this.
