How can I cancel recurring billing on my DeleteMe account?

You can cancel recurring billing by toggling off the auto-renew in your account anytime!

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in at joindeleteme.com.
  2. Click Account in the left navigation.
  3. Click Billing & Subscriptions.
  4. Toggle Renewal from On to Off.

  NOTE: Turning off Renewal stops automatic billing at the end of your term. It does not end your current service.

  • You can turn Renewal back on anytime using the same steps.
  • We’ll email a confirmation of the renewal change and your current end date.

Heads-up though:

  • We’re a privacy company, not a hostage‑taking subscription. Our cancellation policy is simple:
      • Before your first Privacy Report is complete: full refund, no questions asked.
      • After your first report: pro‑rated refund based on the time remaining in your current term.
  • If you want to fully cancel service (not just stop auto-renew), reach out—we’ll make it clean and fast.

 

Extra tips:

  • Screenshot your Subscription page after toggling Renewal for your records.
  • If you don’t see Subscription in the menu, you might be on a managed or team plan. Contact our Support team and say you want to cancel auto-renew or end service. We’ll sort it, no runaround.
