Admin Reports

Overview

DeleteMe’s reporting helps you understand your staff’s PII data exposure and removal. Admins not only get an overall view of the PII removed for all employees, but can use the report to identify which specific employees may be at higher risk and need more protection. This information is located on the Dashboard and Reports sections of the Admin Portal. 

Report Data 

The Reports section displays these metrics at both the organization and individual member levels.

Exposures Reviewed - The total number of locations across the web that DeleteMe scanned for your data, based on the personal details you provided in the data sheet.

Exposures Removed - The total number of listings DeleteMe located as a match with personal information and submitted opt-outs for. 

Personal Data Removed: The sum total of PII removed from the Exposures Removed.  Meaning, the number of instances DeleteMe identifies information like a name, home address, phone number, email address, work information, relative information, and other personal information for members.

Charts/Graph

The charts/graphs are a visualization of the data across the organization. These show more insight about the PII being removed. 

12 Month Trend: Shows total Exposures Reviewed and Exposures Removed across your organization over the past 12 months.

Exposure Reduction: Tracks unresolved exposures over time. Shows how your active exposure count has decreased from its peak as removals outpace new discoveries.

Monthly Removals: Profile listings under active removal in each month's reports, plus listings found and fully removed within that month. The percentage compares the current month to the previous month.
