Platinum Memberships: Activating Dependent Coverage

Overview: Included in a Platinum license is coverage for one dependent.  Members using a platinum license can onboard their dependent using the additional gold data sheet available to them in their member dashboard, under the data sheet tab.  

Important Notes:

• Account Managers are not able to assign data sheets directly to dependents - the primary member must complete this action directly
• You cannot invite a dependent to access the data sheet after inputing the information on their behalf.

Steps: 

1. Login to your DeleteMe dashboard
2. Complete your individual member data sheet
3. Navigate back to the Data Sheet page, where you can see your different data sheets
4. Under the "Platinum Plan" data sheet, you should see a "Gold Plan" data sheet
5. Option 1: Complete on your dependents behalf
   1. Click Edit/Continue
   2. Add your dependent's information on their behalf, as you did for your own data sheet
   3. Navigate through all the steps and provide key information like Name, DOB, Phone, Email, and Home Address.
   4. Once you've completed all of the steps, the scan and report process will begin
6. Option 2: Assign the Data Sheet Directly to your Dependent
   1. Next to the Gold Plan data sheet, look for the vertical ellipses in the top right corner of the plan card
   2. Click the 3 ellipses on the far right of the blank data sheet column
   3. Click ‘Assign Data Sheet’ 
   4. Input your dependent's Name and Email Address, then click the "Invite" button
