Platinum Memberships: Activating Dependent Coverage

Overview

Platinum licenses include coverage for one dependent, a Gold license. This can be used for the person of their choice.

Important Note:

• Account Managers are not able to assign data sheets directly to dependents - the primary member must complete this action directly
• You cannot invite a dependent to access the data sheet after inputting the information on their behalf.

Steps

1. Log in to your DeleteMe dashboard
2. Navigate to the Protections tab on the left-hand side
3. Click on the blue "Add Person" button

4. You have two options for completing their data sheet

   

   *The first option allows the member to manage their own data sheet, have their own login credentials, and receive privacy reports to their email.

   

*The second option allows you to complete the data sheet on their behalf
