Enable DeleteMe Application in Okta

DeleteMe's Okta application: https://www.okta.com/integrations/deleteme/

• Browse App Catalog
• Click add integration
• Name the application
• Click “Do not display application icon to users”

Provide DeleteMe with the Metadata URL

• Click on the application tab
• Click on the DeleteMe application
• Click the Sign On tab
• Scroll to the bottom
• Click the View SAML setup instructions link
• The metadata URL will be listed under the “Configuration Steps” portion of the guide
• Copy the metadata URL and send it to your Implementation Manager to complete the configuration

Creating a bookmark application

• Go to the applications tab
• Browse app catalog
• Search for “bookmark” app
• "Add integration"
• Name the integration
• Add the bookmark URL
  • If you do not have a bookmark URL please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the DeleteMe support team.
• Click done
• Assign the SAML application to the appropriate users
  • DeleteMe recommends you hide the SAML app from users when you configure it.
• Assign the bookmark URL to the appropriate users
  • You must assign the application and bookmark URL for the bookmark to work appropriately

Note: You must create separate bookmark URLs for administrators and end users.

DeleteMe supports SCIM provisioning and deprovisioning for Okta SSO configurations.  To begin the SCIM configuration process, review the attached SCIM configuration guide for details.
