Adding International Coverage for Members

Overview

Plans in DeleteMe are organized by country. A U.S. Gold or Platinum plan covers the United States, while a UK Gold or Platinum plan covers the United Kingdom. If a user needs protection in more than one country, administrators can simply assign them multiple plans.

International coverage in DeleteMe is handled through add-ons. Each add-on unlocks a country-specific set of data brokers for an individual member.

Members keep their single base plan (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, VIP, etc.), and international add-ons are layered on top. One add-on per country, per member.

How It Works

International add-on provisioning is a two-step process:

Step 1: Purchase International Coverage 

Contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive to purchase international add-ons for your organization. They will activate the desired country coverage on your account. Each country add-on appears as a separate line item on your subscription.

Step 2: Assign Coverage to Members 

Once international add-ons are active on your organization, administrators can assign them to individual members:

1. Navigate to the Members section in your admin dashboard

2. Click on the member who needs international coverage

3. In the Seat Add-Ons section of their profile, click Assign

4. Select the desired country coverage from the dropdown (only add-ons purchased for your organization will appear)

5. Click Assign Add-On to confirm

The add-on takes effect immediately. DeleteMe will begin scanning data brokers in that country for the member's personal information on their next monitoring cycle.

Assigning Multiple Countries to One Member

Members can have multiple international add-ons assigned simultaneously. Repeat the assignment process for each country. For example, a member who travels between the UK and Germany can have both "UK" and "Germany" add-ons on their seat.

Viewing Add-On Assignments

The Seat Add-Ons  section on each member's detail page shows:

- All active add-ons assigned to that member

- The price per seat for each add-on

- The date the add-on was assigned
