Members Table Guide

Overview

This section of your admin dashboard provides a complete list of members, along with status fields that detail various aspects of their DeleteMe accounts. This article breaks down and explains each column in the Member’s section so you can easily navigate the data.

Member Information

• Member's Name
• Email linked to the member's account

Department

• Lists the department the member is a part of (optional)
• You can learn more about Departments here

Plan

• Plan level the member is assigned to
  •  Gold, Diamond, Platinum, VIP 

Registration Status

This column of the dashboard monitors the account activation process as well as if the member has been off-boarded/deactivated in the platform

• Not Invited: Member has been added to the account, but no invitation email was sent
• Invite Sent: Invitation email was sent and is waiting on the member to register the account
• Invitation Expired: Invitation email was sent but has since expired
• Registered: Member completed account registration
• Off-Boarded: Member has been removed from the account

Profile Status

Represents how much data the member has provided in the data sheet.  This accounts for fields that directly impact efficacy for DeleteMe's processes when scanning/removing data.

• Not Started: Member has not begun inputting data into their data sheet
• In Progress: Member has provided some information in the data sheet.  This status accounts for the following fields in the data sheet: name, email, date of birth, phone number, address, and signed POA 
  • Does not include: Relative or work information
• Completed Profile: Member has provided information for all fields in the data sheet, including relative and work information

Managed By

• Lists the account manager's name and email (if applicable)

Special Roles

Indicates if the member has additional roles/permissions outside of a normal user, including admin or identity manager roles

• Special roles are applied when adding new members
• All user types are now included in the member table: 
  • Member 
  • Admin  
  • Identity managers (formerly account managers)

Created Date

• Date the member was added to the account

Last Login

• The last time the member logged into their DeleteMe account
