Reactivating a Member

Overview

Deactivated members can be reinstated by an account administrator at any time. Once restored, the member's account and login credentials will automatically return to their previous active state—no further action required.

Step By Step

1. Find the deactivated member in the Members table on your dashboard, then click to open their account profile.
2. At the top of the page, locate the reactivation banner and click Restore Member.

      3. When the confirmation modal appears, click Restore Member to complete the process.
