Overview
System administrators are able to add new members to their DeleteMe account at any time from within their admin dashboard or are able to configure self-service onboarding for their members to use.
Methods for Adding New Members
There are four methods to adding new members into your DeleteMe account:
- Manual
- Excel upload
- Registration page
- Single-sign on (SSO)
Manual
- Login to your DeleteMe admin dashboard
- Click the "Add Members" button
- Click "Manual Upload"
- Input the user's information: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Plan.
- Click "Add Member"
- Click "Upload"
- Select whether or not to send a registration invitation right away or later
- Click "Upload"
Census
Administrators have two options when choosing to upload a census into their DeleteMe Dashboard.
- Basic Census Upload
- The basic census includes minimum details so the administrator can invite the member to register their account.
- This census requires the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- DeleteMe Plan
- Instant Coverage Census Upload
- The instant coverage template allows and admin to upload a census with some additional demographic information in order to initiate the member's first report right away.
- Administrators are required to provide the following information when uploading an Instant Coverage Template
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Age
- Address (street, city, state, and zip)
- Phone Number
- DeleteMe Plan
Steps
- Login to your DeleteMe admin dashboard
- Click the "Add Members" button
- Click the "CSV Upload" button
- Download the appropriate census template for the upload you would like to complete
- Input the data into the spreadsheet
- Upload your spreadsheet using the "Click to upload file" button
- After uploading your file, you will be able to review the census in your dashboard for error and missing information.
Important Notes
- Column headers in your spreadsheet must match the format provided in the downloadable template.
