Requesting Adhoc Report for Member

Summary

Company administrators of the DeleteMe account have the ability to initiate Adhoc reports for their employees directly from the Admin Dashboard. 

Step by Step

1. In your admin dashboard click on Members on the sidebar.
2. Locate the member you wish to run an Adhoc report for
3. Scroll to the far right and click on the 3 dots

4.  Choose Run Ad Hoc Report

5. A pop up will appear to confirm your selection 

Functionality & Best Practices

It is important to note that each member has a limit to the amount of Adhoc reports ran for each term. This is dependent on the level plan they are assigned to. Tracking of each member's Adhoc reports is available through the dashboard under the Report section 

Limits

Gold: 4 Adhocs

Diamond: 6 Adhocs

Platinum: 8 Adhocs

VIP: Unlimited
