How do I administer the DeleteMe account for my company?

Overview

DeleteMe provides all company administrators with access to an Admin Dashboard to manage your account.  The admin dashboard will allow administrator users to complete the following actions, plus more.

• Add/remove members
• Add/remove other admins
• Add/remove account managers
• View critical metrics for your account
• View/update custom platform settings for your company account
• View your billing information and pay open invoices
• Contact our support team

Getting Started

• Invite your team members/employees into DeleteMe
• Monitor employee registrations
  • Remind employees as needed after checking the "status" column in the Members tab of your DeleteMe admin account.
  • Share the member onboarding guide with your team/employees if they have questions!
• Review data removals in the Reports section of your admin dashboard
