DeleteMe Admins: Adding Multiple Plans

Overview: In DeleteMe, plans are structured around support the country related to said plan.  For example, a standard Gold or Platinum plan, is a U.S. only plan.  A UK Gold or Platinum plan is a UK only plan.  As an administrator, you are able to assign multiple plans to a single user.

Step by Step

1. First, login to your DeleteMe admin account
2. Next, navigate to the Member's table of your account
3. Search for the employee you need to assign multiple plans too
4. Click the vertical ellipsis on the right hand side of the page, under the "Actions" column
5. Click the "Details" button
6. Click the "Edit" button
7. Click the "+ Add Plan" button
8. Select the additional plan you would like to assign to the employee
9. Click the "Add Plan" button
10. You're done!
